Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring all materials and finished products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This Quality Control Inspector role plays a key part in maintaining quality, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience performing precision inspections and quality testing
• Strong understanding of quality standards and compliance procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inspection records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Quality Control Inspector role includes:

• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections on materials and products
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for compliance
• Perform precision measurements and testing on raw materials and finished goods
• Document inspection results, including approvals, rejections, and corrective actions
• Enter and maintain data in quality systems
• Communicate findings and collaborate with production and engineering teams
• Identify root causes of defects and assist with corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Technical certification in quality control or related field (preferred)
• Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and inspect parts for extended periods
• Frequent walking, bending, and handling components
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
