Junior Dental Technician — 3D Printing & Provisionals Blue3D Dental Lab — Arcadia, CA

Blue3D Dental Lab is a small boutique digital laboratory specializing exclusively in full-arch implant restorations. We are looking for a Junior Dental Technician to join our 3D printing department. This is a hands-on role with real room to grow: the right person can eventually move into other positions within the lab as their skills develop.

About the Role

You will work in our 3D printing area, producing models and provisionals and bringing printed and PMMA restorations to a finished, lifelike result. We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a genuine drive to learn and refine their craft.

Responsibilities

• Operate the 3D printing workflow for models and provisionals
• Characterize and stain printed provisionals and PMMA restorations
• Finish and polish PMMA and printed restorations to a high standard
• Support the digital production team in day-to-day lab tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-calibrated work area

Requirements

• Experience with digital 3D printing in a dental setting
• Experience staining/characterizing resins (printed provisionals and PMMA)
• Strong attention to detail and good hand skills
• A real willingness to learn and grow into more advanced roles
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with full-arch workflows
• Experience with CAD/CAM or design software

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
