We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join the Beyond Eyecare team. You'll be the heart of our practice - delivering comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and helping patients see the world more clearly. We're a practice that genuinely cares about both our patients and our team, and we're excited to find a doctor who shares that commitment.
Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases
Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and medications as needed
Counsel patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options
Collaborate with the optical team to ensure patients get the right eyewear solutions
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Contribute to a welcoming, patient-first practice culture

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
Active Virginia state optometry license (or eligibility to obtain one - new grads encouraged to apply)

You'll work five days per week on a consistent, rotating schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating)
Sunday: Off
