Salary Range: $180K-$210K/Annum
Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth and manage strategic relationships within our Insurance vertical.
  • The Client Partner will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, expanding relationships, and driving revenue across Insurance customers.
  • This role requires a blend of account management, consultative sales, and solutioning expertise within the P&C, Life & Annuities, Health, or Reinsurance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Own and manage strategic client relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level executives.
    • Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions.
    • Drive account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and opening new lines of business.
    • Meet and exceed annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and new Insurance accounts.
    • Lead proactive proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
    • Partner with presales, delivery, and practice teams to craft value propositions.
  • Delivery Oversight
    • Ensure high-quality delivery of services and solutions; act as escalation point for client issues.
    • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and contractual compliance.
    • Monitor account health, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Market & Domain Expertise
    • Bring strong knowledge of the Insurance industry (P&C, L&A, Health, or Reinsurance).
    • Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
    • Engage in thought leadership discussions with clients to position digital, data, cloud, and transformation solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 12-18+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting sales with focus on Insurance accounts.
  • Strong track record in farming and hunting within Tier-1/Tier-2 Insurance clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios ($15M+ preferred).
  • Experience working with CXO-level executives, building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance business processes and technology solutions (Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Core Platforms, Policy/Admin systems, Claims, Underwriting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other core Insurance platforms.
  • Prior experience managing large global delivery teams.
  • Exposure to emerging tech trends in InsurTech and digital insurance solutions.
