Real-estate owner/management company is currently seeking ​a property manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing all types of properties including Commercial, residential, Office and mix use properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property repairs, maintenance and service contractors.
• Maintain and generate rent-roll and financial reports
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Manage and obtainTenant insurance certificates and sales reports
• Leasing vacancies
• Manage all aspects of tenants and properties
• Follow up on unpaid accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Yardi software
• Realestate industry esperince
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Required stills:

• QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software
• Word, Excel, Outlook
