Wood County Health District Is looking to hire a:

• Full Time - Behavioral Health Specialist

This position is within the Wood County Community Health & Wellness Center. Provide integrated behavioral health care to patients by working alongside the primary health care providers. Responsible for delivering person and family centered, culturally-competent evidenced based treatments through face to face therapy with individuals, and or families including, but not limited to: diagnostic assessment, treatment of mental, emotional, and substance abuse disorders. Assists in detection of at-risk patients and development of plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration. Assists in preventing relapse or morbidity in conditions that tend to recur over time. Evaluates patient care plans with primary care team. Essential Job description to be provided.

Minimum Experience/Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited university. Completion of post-graduate fieldwork and supervised practice as required for State Licensure.
• Current and valid State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensure with the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage, and Family Therapist Board.

Preferred:

• Current and valid State of Ohio Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC or LICDC-CS) Licensure with the Ohio Chemical Dependency (OCDP) Board; or equivalent combination of licensure and experience.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must have computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, power point, and others
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to provide proof of automobile insurance
• Must have willingness to learn new skills, be adaptable / flexible.

• Full Time - Pharmacy Technician

This position is within the Wood County Community Health & Wellness Center. The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Pharmacist in the pharmacy department with all aspects of prescription processing, inventory management and customer service.

Minimum Experience/ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. 
• Knowledge of public health laws, regulations and standards as defined by federal, state and local governments 
• Must successfully pass background check. 
• Must have computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, power point, and others. 
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
• Must be able to provide proof of automobile insurance. 
• Must have willingness to learn new skills, be adaptable / flexible
