Maintenance Supervisor   

Whitfield School is accepting applications for a full time Maintenance Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for implementing standard facilities management practices, prioritizing the daily facility needs, scheduling and supervising work to be performed by both in-house staff and outside contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor will have a working knowledge of campus systems and infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, irrigation, fire suppression, etc.  This is a working supervisor position that will also include making routine repairs and coordinating event set-ups on a daily basis.   

Qualified candidates will possess: strong organizational and communication skills, good judgment, honesty and integrity, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining approved budgets and schedules, and good interpersonal skills.
