Whetstone Oil Company is hiring for a Driver. Applicant must have a CDL license.  A tank wagon driver's job varies from day to day. Assignments are given when the drivers arrive. Fuel can be delivered to homes, businesses or work sites. A work day's length varies from 8 to 12 hours, depending on available loads and driver enthusiasm. You'll spend a lot of your time outdoors, exposed to weather. There may be delays, irregular routes, long trips, tight schedules or short notices. There is no downtime between loads during a shift, but downtime between shifts is at least 10 hours per Department of transportation regulations. You'll deliver petroleum products within a day's drive and should be home at the shift's end. You could be hauling gasoline, diesel, lubes, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), propane and/or heating oil.
