We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated senior who is interested in jumping right into our Marketing Team here at WayUp.

Our Field Marketing Intern will work closely with WayUp’s Field Marketing Manager to help recruit for, train, and manage WayUp’s 700-student Campus Rep Program - one of the largest brand ambassador programs in the country.

WayUp’s Field Marketing Intern will be responsible for helping to take our Campus Rep Program to the next level. The Field Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to work with hundreds of college students across the country, and be responsible for helping to execute dozens of brand initiatives like videos, events, and more.

This position is ideal for a senior looking to gain experience in marketing, management, and communication.

Depending on performance, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role after graduation!

Core Responsibilities:

• Draft weekly communication (emails, texts, Facebook posts, etc) to the entire Campus Rep program with any program updates, new challenges, etc

• Conduct monthly 1-1 training and catch up sessions with individual Campus Reps

• Engage with Campus Reps over text and email to help them market WayUp, and sign up their peers

• Create unique campaign concepts (ie: videos, events, social media stunts, and more) to execute through our Campus Reps on different campuses

• Develop contests and tournaments within the program to create a fun environment and increase Campus Rep productivity

• Current college senior, graduating in May or June 2017

• Detail oriented, high energy, positive-minded, quick learner, self-starter, multi-tasker

• Social media savvy and always in the know of new trends and cultural fads

• Comfortable speaking on the phone, and crafting emails

• Organized, efficient, and strong communication and writing skills
