Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Virtual Network Programs ACO Director in the Southeast Region.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure the ongoing success of the ACO relationships by directing the implementation support resources
- Enhance ongoing improvement in the care delivery provided by members
- Work across department lines to coordinate contracting objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8 years experience working with a managed care organization, health insurer, or consultant in a network management/contract management role
- Previous work experience with Accountable Care Organization (ACO) programs and contracts
- 5 years experience in data analysis
- 3 years project management or project lead experience
- 4 years experience presenting to leaders and/or providers
- Expert level of proficiency with all facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies
