Human Resource Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant

The Town of Dillon is seeking a full-time employee to perform the full range of administrative and human resource functions including but not limited to: front desk receptionist, recruitment, onboarding, personnel records maintenance, payroll data entry, performance evaluations, wellness program and related administrative and clerical functions. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills, customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or human resource experience. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or public administration preferred. Bookkeeping skills and experience working in local government a plus.

Starting salary range: $43,978 - $48,376 (Depends on qualifications) with excellent benefits.
