Engr: Tokyo Electron America, Inc. seeks Process Engr in Boise, ID.  Duties incl, but not limited to providing support to customer engrs working on dry etch process dvlpmnt to demonstrate TEL Etch product performance.  Master’s or equiv in Chem. Eng’g, Physics, Plasma Physics, Material Sci., Elec. Eng’g or rel. field.  Must have 2 yrs process eng’g exp working in semiconductor or MEMS or LED industry.  In lieu of Master’s or equiv in Chem. Eng’g, Physics, Plasma Physics, Material Sci., Elec. Eng’g or rel. field + 2 yrs process eng’g exp working in either semiconductor, MEMS, or LED industry, employer will also accept Bachelor’s in Chem. Eng’g, Physics, Plasma Physics, Material Sci., Elec. Eng’g or rel. field + 5 yrs process eng’g exp working in either semiconductor, MEMS, or LED industry.  Must have following skills:  Knowl of plasma physics & process; Exp/ knowl of analytical techniques to eval. & characterize process results; Exp in using stat’l analysis softw in dvlping test plans & DOE.; Knowl of Semiconductor & rel. processes, incl PVD & Etch; Knowl of semiconductor process integration; Exp in semiconductor process dvlpmnt & optimization.  Employer will accept any amount of exp in above skills.  Position req’s at least 35% int’l & domestic travel.
