Paying close attention to Details, such as general cleanliness
Providing personal insight about products, entertainment and services provided at THE LOT
Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
Welcomes all guests by determining their coffee interests and needs.
Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Sells cafe menu items by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks
Work as a team, assisting with all Guest and Team Member needs
Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Ability to smile while standing 8 hours a day
