Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech needed for The Dunes at Falcon Valley Apartments in Lenexa Kansas. 

Opened in 2008, The Dunes at Falcon Valley has 208 units.  

Apartment maintenance experience is a must.  Qualified applicant will have own basic tools, and be HVAC certified.    Must have reliable transportation. Duties include on call rotation, apartment make ready, seasonal pool maintenance, appliance repair, plumbing repair, grounds pickup, snow removal, service requests and all other maintenance needs of the property.  Johnson County pool license a plus.
