Customer Service Representative

The Appliance Doctor is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our customers schedule appointments and updating them on the status of their jobs, maintaining a professional relationship between our loyal management companies, and other day to day clerical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our offered services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services (knowledge of appliance repair is NOT required- but an open mind to learn the basics of our expertise is appreciated)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience REQUIRED
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a MUST
• Availability to work Saturdays is a PLUS
