Experienced NP or PA preferred - background in Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Emergency Med. is needed.
36 hours per week, but fewer days and longer shifts with some weekend responsibility equally shared by all the providers.
Beautiful rural area of Illinois. Quiet, friendly town just two hours from Chicago.
Opportunity to work independently in a community health center. Candidate must be OK with working on their own in a clinic, see both adults and children and comfortable in a rural setting.
