StarMed has been retained by The Kelberman Center, a regional center of excellence for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, to recruit a Senior Behavioral Analyst to develop and lead a new autism service.

Based in Utica, New York, The Kelberman Center, an affiliate of Upstate Caring Partners, Inc., provides state-of-the-art programs and services for children and adults with ASD and their families. Specialized staffing is highly trained to meet the needs of individuals with ASD and includes psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and educational and behavior specialists.

The Senior Behavioral Analyst will play a key role in strengthening the infrastructure of support available to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities and their families. In partnership with clinical staff and senior leadership, the Senior Analyst will provide clinical oversight to expand program services to include development of operating standards using evidenced based guidelines. The Senior Analyst will advance the culture of The Kelberman Center by overseeing the professional development of staff.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a track record for leading and implementing programs in the field of autism, developmental disabilities, education, healthcare or mental health services. Experience leading and implementing programs in the field of autism, developmental disabilities, education, healthcare or mental health services is required as is a Master’s in Psychology, Special Education, ABA or a related field.
