Star is a wholly owned subsidiary of seven rural electric cooperatives. We provide services to electric utilities. These services include electrical engineering, inspection services, mapping, safety, electrical testing, computer technology, and software development.  Star is a growing company with clients in a 5-state area with an annual revenue of 5 million dollars.

This position requires an Associate Degree and/or equivalent work experience. Tasks include technical writing and proofing of engineering documents and providing administrative support to assigned electrical engineers. The ideal candidate is proficient in all Microsoft applications and familiar with Abobe products. This person must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to change focus and priorities quickly while working with set deadlines.
