- Seeking a BE/BC ObGyn physician to potentially take over an already existing, well-established practice.
- Practice is located one block from the hospital in a building that one day you could own
- The purchase of the building is also on the table but is not necessary
- Call schedule: can only cover call for your patients
- 10 physicians over call at the hospital
- Extra $30,000 income by covering call for the hospital
- Income guarantee of $250,000 for the first year from the hospital; will not be employed by the hospital
- The practice will generate more income than $250,000
- The new physician will work as a solo practitioner
- The rewards and income are great for the right physician
- Waterbury, CT is 23 miles from New Haven, CT
- You will work with the current physician owner for 2-3 months so he can introduce you to hospital staff, and other colleagues in the community.
