ShareHouse, a leader in residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer. This position has primary accountability for the accomplishments, development and fiscal integrity of the organization and is responsible for developing a guiding principle for success.

The President/Chief Executive Officer will work in conjunction with the Board of Directors in strategic planning; provide leadership, oversight, accountability and fiscal integrity to ensure operational excellence, growth and adherence to the mission, vision and values of the organization; oversee design, marketing, promotion and delivery of substance use disorder treatment programs to meet the needs of clients; will oversee public and community relations, marketing and fundraising representing the company as required including media relations, attending industry events, public meetings and with government and regulatory groups.                                                            

Must possess a strong knowledge of state and federal regulations as they apply to substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health, and corporate finance including financial reports. Must possess and demonstrate a high level of performance management principle skill including interpersonal relationship-building skills with stakeholders. 

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar area of study and fifteen years work experience or a Master’s degree in business, finance or similar area of study and 10 years related work experience.
