Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
- Maintain strong communication records for all conversations
- Able to process & enter large amount of data into our system with accuracy
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hablante bilingue requerido
- 40 words typing per minute minimum
- Proficient with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 1 year Customer Service experience
- Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Reliable transportation
Associate Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $11.25 - $12.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
