Create policies, procedures and templates for FC Book of Business and Cluster changes. Analyzeorphaned accounts to assign to an active FC. Design repeatable process of customer notification of FC departure or arrival of new FC. Create process for review and update to intranet content with support of content owners, and execute first such review and update. Enhance existing FC Compensation tools available to FCs to model their revenue and asset production and compensation.
Review and amend on-boarding and off-boarding checklists for all client facing job families (FC, CSA, MD). Develop a survey to be completed by all new hires within the last 12 months to identify process improvements to enhance the FCon-boarding experience. Design and develop self-directed training modules based on content provided by Subject Matter Experts. Analyze and map process improvements for existing processes as well as develop new processes to improve operational efficiencies working in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
