This well established and progressive community health program features two ambulatory care centers providing care to an underserved patient population. Services include medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, lab and a variety of community programs. Stable and friendly working environment with no call, no weekends, no holidays, no after hours required. Practice delivery focuses on high quality care and extensive patient interaction!
