ResCare is seeking a Human Resources Specialist.
The Human Resources Specialist provides support to the HR manager and assists with all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, training and development, regulatory compliance, compensation initiatives, benefits administration and recruitment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Previous related experience in a Human Resources environment.
- Knowledge of word processing and the ability to type 60 wpm.
- Strong personal and communication skills.
