This Journeyman Bathroom Installer will be responsible for installing our One-Day Bath/Safe Tubs which consists of demolition, plumbing, and installation of acrylic bath walls. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in related trades, take pride in his/her craftsmanship and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Our Northern California office is located in Pleasanton and we service all of the Bay Area and Sacramento.

• Pay rate range :60k-89k +More $$$$
• Schedule: M-F & some Saturdays (Overtime may be required)
• Territory: Nor Cal/Bay Area

You bring your experience in construction, light plumbing and remodeling. We supply any speciality tools and the training to be successful.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Ability to read blue prints and follow install instructions.
• Demolition of old tubs, tile and shower pans
• Install acrylic panels
• Remove the existing tub/shower pan, install new tub/shower pan
• Install accessories & grab bars
• Install new rough & finish plumbing
• Install shower door using a variety of different styles
• Master Communicator throughout project documenting existing damages, project progress, and finished install.
• Arrive early for projects
• Clean up, collect check and go home. Easy!!

Requirements:

• Plumbing exprience, capable of installing shower valves and setting bath tubs and shower pans.
• Strong working knowledge and adherence of job site safety
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Attention to detail
• Must be customer service driven
• Must be able to pass background screening
• Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have their own truck and tools and be able to take material to the job site

The Job: This critical role that will complete projects from beginning to end. You’ll be working alone or in a team completing 2-5 projects a week at different locations. Not only must you be a skilled, detail orientated installer, but you must be a true customer service professional with our clients and take a great deal of pride in your craft.
