We are currently hiring for part-time, remote concierge positions. The responsibilities include responding to all our subscribers' leads that come in during your shift (via text message) quickly and accurately. Our subscribers come from many industries, the majority being in real estate and mortgage. You would engage the lead via a provided script making the conversations as personal and human as possible. You would then alert the subscriber once you have pre-qualified the lead. We are a 24/7 company so looking for someone willing to work graveyard shifts occasionally as needed.

We are looking for reliable, self-starters who are comfortable working in a remote environment and who possess strong written communication skills. Must also enjoy the evolving, fast-paced world that encompasses technology start-ups!

Responsibilities:

• Intercept all incoming leads from our subscribers
• Respond to all those leads in real time
• Convert those leads into appointments & long-term relationships
• Pay attention to the leads that enter our system from multiple sources & industries and report the trend
• Understand the subscribers' scripts and ask questions accordingly
• Make all messages personal and friendly so the lead understands they are talking to a live human
• Be an extension of our subscribers' team and act accordingly
• Be prepared to handle multiple conversations simultaneously

-Must be willing to work between the hours of 1-4 AM PST a couple times a week -Must have outstanding spelling and grammar

• Fluent in English (written fluency in other languages a plus!) -Must have a typing speed of 38 WPM with 100% accuracy -Must be ok with a flexible schedule
