This secretarial position will be located at our Fulton Heights campus beginning April 2017.  We will not be starting school until August of 2017.  In the meantime the front office secretary will be a part of the start up team to help get the campus ready for staff and students.

Salary Range:            $29,000-$33,000

The Front Office Secretary is the first impression of the school.  This person is critical in promoting our school as they are the first voice and/or face to be met by the school and greater Pueblo community.  This person is essential in the daily operations of determining needs via phone or in person and then connecting people to the school personnel to help meet the specific needs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Demonstrate the ability to be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office software, knowledge of google email and docs. Type minimum of 40 wpm.

  • Three years experience clerical/secretarial experience or equivalent of combination of training and experience

  • Flexible work schedule for evening activities

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a school secretary.
  • Experience with Powerschool on the administration side.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
