Position Description

Beaverton, Oregon -Seeking an excellent nurse practitioner with experience in Geriatric Medicine. Part-time position (0.8 FTE). Outpatient care only, in both clinic and residential settings. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Competitive compensation. In addition to Geriatric Medicine, clinicians with an interest or experience in Hospice or Palliative Medicine are welcome to apply. Providence ElderPlace is the only PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care in Oregon.
