I currently represent positions located in St. Petersburg, New Port Richey and Clearwater to provide Primary medical care services for LGBTQ patient populations.
Primary Tasks:
• Examine patients, Medical History, preliminary diagnosis and set follow up procedures
• Administer diagnostic tests, blood work and interpret tests
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Work within the integrated model of care
Additional Information:
• Experience working in an FQHC, public health, not -for-profit, underserved communities or within the LGBTQ community
• Ability to tactfully interact with a diverse patient population
• Comfort with STD testing
• Non-occupational Post Exposure Prophylaxis (nPEP) and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP),
• Comfort with female exams
• Comfort or willingness to learn about hormone therapy
• Psychiatric Med-Management
• Clinics see ages 13 and up, adult will be majority, average 15-18 patients a day
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, not mandatory
• Monday-Friday Lunch, 4.5-day work week
Offering:
• Salary position of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, with Annual Pay Increases of 3-5% and Bi-Annual Bonuses that clinicians have hit
• 85% of Employees Health Benefits are covered by employer, 100% Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability provided
• 403b provided with 5-7% match, 1-year vesting period
• 1 Week Paid CME, 7 Holidays, 14 days PTO and 9 sick days given year one, goes up year over year
