Litigation Legal Assistant

Mid-sized Omaha law firm seeking full time legal assistant to work in our litigation section.  Experience with insurance defense and litigation is a plus.  Assistant will prepare draft and final documents, organize discovery and trial data, summarize depositions, prepare client notebooks, manage client files, input attorney and assistant billing, and maintain client files in a document management system.  Position requires transcription, and excellent writing and oral communication skills.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
