• Your NEW Clinic: 1 Internist/Nurse Practitioner/LPN/Medical Assistants/Office Manager w/Support Staff
• Built in 2017 Office Space/8,000 sq.ft./15 Exam Rooms/ Onsite: Imaging/Lab/Pharmacy/Physical Therapy
• Quality of Life Practice: Patients/Group Averages 18-20 pts/day/Epic EMR
• Work Schedule: 8am-5pm/36 Hrs. Per Week for Patients
• Call Schedule: Phone Call Only and Share Call with Group Approximately 1 Week Every 6-8 Weeks. 24-hour Nurse Triage Available
