Job Description:

• Surgery Center focused on ENT; gynecology; orthopaedics; general surgery; podiatry; gastroenterology; ophthalmology; pain management; urology; plastic surgery and dental.


• 3 MDAs and 11 CRNAs.


• Will consider part-time or full time candidates.


• Day shifts, No call, No holidays.


• 7am-3pm or 7am -5pm (with some 6:00am starts)  


• $112 per hour 1099 (must carry your own malpractice insurance) or provider can opt for a w2 package that consists of $150k w2 + 6 weeks PTO and full benefits.
