$110,000 - $130,000 / Yearly Salary Average* + Up to $10,000 Towards 100% Health Insurance Premium Coverage & an Annual Retention Bonus + Superb Benefits Do you want to travel through Louisiana, the Florida Pan Handle and Southern Georgia to work 3 weeks at a time helping older adults prevent, delay or alleviate disease and disability at preventive health events? Join Life Line Community Healthcare and do all that and more while seeing 8-/+ patients at one health event a day. As a Nurse Practitioner at Life Line Community Healthcare, you are the primary provider of service while also acting as an advocate/educator to patients. Your role includes administering select prevention and wellness services to older adults and helping them understand the effects health maintenance can have on their well-being now and in the future. Additionally, as an advocate you will actively engage with people at the event who are unaware of the benefits of such services and the select services available to them under Medicare coverage. Most often you will have the support of a Medical Assistant and Customer Care Coordinator, and always have access to a Collaborating Physician. Our approach to offering people convenient access to preventive healthcare is done in a community event based setting. This means you will be a part of a mobile healthcare team in each city for up to 3 weeks. Each team works at health events held Monday -- Saturday, during day shift hours. Events are not held in homes or on Holidays. One location per event is scheduled in advance and typically located within a 150 mile radius of the city.
