SEEKING HOSPITALISTS IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA
45 MINUTES FROM STATE COLLEGE, PA
Well-established hospitalist group of 40 is hiring a Hospitalist as part of their expansion at a 47-bed community facility, complete with inpatient and outpatient services including emergency, medical and surgical care as well as a 90-bed long-term rehabilitation center. They have flex scheduling in order to maximize work / life balance.
• 15 shifts per month
• 7 on, 7 off with flex scheduling as needed
• Hours: 7a – 4pm
• No procedures required, just cover codes
• Mid-level assistance
• Additional moonlighting opportunities available
• Census: 12-14 patients per shift
• Base: $240,000 - $250,000 (D.O.E) + (reachable) Quality Measures bonus of $20,000 + Benefits package of $20,000
• 1st year compensation is $280,000 +
• H1B candidates welcome to apply
