Molex High Performance Cable, located in Maumelle, Arkansas is seeking a Human Resources Manager as a strategic business partner.
As the HR Manager, you will implement initiatives such as compensation/benefits and provide support for the team in the areas of staffing, recruitment, and policy and program development.
Requirements:
- Related experience in Human Resources, including training, management development, applicable laws/regulations and recruitment.
- Experience with policy development and interpretation.
- Strong computer skills within a Windows environment.
- Understanding of HRIS (MSA, SAP, People soft, etc.).
