Position SummaryThe Department of Medicine at Michigan State University is announcing an exciting opportunity for a faculty member to serve as Program Director for the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program. The program is ACGME accredited in combined Hematology/Oncology training and offers dual certification in both specialties. The Program Director will be appointed at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank commensurate with qualifications and prior academic appointments.
The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology is committed to providing an outstanding training experience by utilizing the medical expertise of key faculty members as well as the vast of research resources available through MSU campus.
Required Degree
Doctorate -Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
Minimum RequirementsCurrent board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
At least five years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited hematology/oncology fellowship or internal medicine residency programs.
