A Critical Access Hospital (25 beds) and a 105-bed Skilled Nursing Center with a dedicated Special Care Alzheimer’s Unit located in Savannah metropolitan area. The multiple Primary Care practices are staffed with Family Practice and Internal Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practitioners are located throughout our primary service area. We also offers a Women’s Health and Orthopedic Practice and an Outpatient Imaging Center to support these practices and serve the community needs.
