Job Description

The role of the CSR/DSR  is to insure all customers are well communicated and informed about service call scheduling.  Your goal is complete satisfaction. 

Job Duties:

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer's needs and clarify customer's information in order to provide solutions
  • Schedule and coordinate all maintenance and service calls
  • Maintain the Service and Maintenance Technicians daily schedules
  • Insure the service calls are properly completed
  • Schedule any return trips with the customers if needed
  • Dispatch service technicians, one call at a time
  • Monitor the dispatch board to insure technician are productive

 Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Call Center support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Data Entry: Ability to enter accurate information and post invoices
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
