The Client Support Specialist is a critical role at LeadsOnline. We are looking for people who:

  • Exhibit a positive attitude, attention to detail, excellent phone presence, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively work in a team environment.
  • Follow processes for the delivery of excellent service to thousands of law enforcement investigators and reporting businesses.
  • Enjoy solving puzzles and won’t quit when the solution is ambiguous.
  • Utilizes the resources at their fingertips when they are unsure of how to proceed.
  • Follow security processes to maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience in technical support, customer service, call center and/or inside sales – preferably for a mission-critical service with 10,000+ end users.
  • Formal customer service and/or inside sales management training.
  • Positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Associate degree, technical certificate or military experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of getting the job done, quickly and accurately without excuses or complications.
  • Demonstrated organization/project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain work environment that is clean, ordered, simple, efficient and functional. Literally and figuratively.
  • Must live within 45 rush-hour minutes of 6900 Dallas Parkway, Plano Texas.
  • Must pass criminal background checks and drug tests.
  • Able to show documentation of eligibility to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training others to perform new tasks concisely and effectively.
  • Experience in computer repair and/or technical roles.
  • Experience supporting remote software users by phone, email or chat.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in supporting criminal investigations as a crime analyst or similar function.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
