DEFINITION: Assists in planning, directing, managing, and administering revenue cycle functions of the Department of Health Services. Essential Job Functions Develop and implement overall revenue cycle strategy for DHS health system in collaboration with Patient Access Center (PAC), Utilization Management (UM), Information Technology (IT) and Health Information Management (HIM). Develop and implement best practices for coding, billing, accounts receivable, and denial management; create revenue cycle dashboard and monitor on an ongoing basis to assess achievement of benchmarks; and develop corrective actions as necessary to maximize revenues. Job Summary The Assistant Director of Digital Philanthropy leads annual giving efforts through digital channels to maximize both alumni engagement as well as contributions at the annual giving level. The Assistant Director is responsible for increasing revenue and total donors through digital channels including crowdfunding, giving day, social media, texting, videos, and working with colleges on giving programs via email use. Job Summary The Assistant Director of Digital Philanthropy leads annual giving efforts through digital channels to maximize both alumni engagement as well as contributions at the annual giving level. The Assistant Director is responsible for increasing revenue and total donors through digital channels including crowdfunding, giving day, social media, texting, videos, and working with colleges on giving programs via email use. The incumbent strategically leads and implements digital fundraising processes, guidelines, procedures, and implementation and works closely with university departments and groups on the full cycle of digital fundraising projects. The incumbent coordinates closely with annual giving and alumni direct marketing programs for seamless outreach and fundraising; applies expert content and technical knowledge to develop and implement specific telemarketing and digital fundraising programs that support overall Annual Giving, Alumni Relations, and University Advancement strategy and goals.
