Counter Pressure Casting Operator/Technician

The Casting Operator/Technician is responsible for operating our Counter Pressure Die Cast machines in an effective, efficient manner in order to produce high quality parts.

Duties include but are not limited to: Monitoring equipment to ensure consistently operation and 100% visually inspecting them before passing them onto automatic finish operations.  Promote and maintain high productivity and quality levels. Complete necessary recordkeeping in an accurate and timely manner. Verify the process parameters in machine.  Operator must be able to apply the correct operating procedures, mold coatings during shift. Operator will be expected to operate the robotic extraction equipment.  Required to follow any other instructions and perform any other duties upon request of the supervisor.  Operator will be required to comply with the OSHA Safety Standards and participate, when necessary, in classes and training seminars to learn new technologies and techniques deemed helpful to performance of their job.
