Multiple physician, fast paced specialty clinic seeks a 

FULL TIME CMA

The cardiology medical assistant will perform basic vitals and blood pressure as well as assist physicians by preparing patients for cardiovascular testing such as EKG, Holter and or event monitoring. The medical assistant must be able to accurately update medications and record in patient charts as well as maintaining supply inventory in examination rooms.

Other duties may include taking medical histories, explaining treatment procedures to patients, instructing patients about medications and special diets, and performing other tasks as assigned.

The right candidate will possess:

• A high level of professionalism
• Strong customer service skills
• Inventory management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in a healthcare practice or hospital required. Associate's degree and EKG training preferred.
