* Established and tenured group of 4 Urologists seeking a 5th Partner due to growth
* Bread & butter Urology with option to sub-specialize
* Access to 2 Da Vinci Robots
* Busy, turnkey practice - physicians are approaching 90%ile for production
* Excellent relationship with local hospital with a robust primary care referral base
* Call is shared equally among the partners
Base income plus significant upside, call pay, sign on bonus, relocation
* 1 to 2 year partnership track with equal partnership
