The Pediatric and Adolescent Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Program is a six-bed, CARF-accredited comprehensive program that is one of only two of its kind in all South Florida. The institute also includes a rapidly expanding outpatient office practice and boasts a well-established early intervention and developmental program in addition to a wheelchair/equipment clinic with DME vendor and PT support. A team of experienced pediatric therapists (PT/OT/ST/audiology/Child Life), as well as other clinicians, including nutritionists, social workers and psychologists, offers a wide and expanding range of pediatric rehabilitation programs and procedures using a multidisciplinary team approach. The pediatric rehabilitation institute aintains a collaborative relationship with the adult rehabilitation program. This is a full-time employed position.
