Innovative Health Care is now hiring Direct Service Providers/Paraprofessionals for our growing Residential Habilitation program!
We work with adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes, teaching life skills and promoting independence. You will be responsible for teaching our participants the skills of daily living, including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, social interaction, hygiene, how to access the community, etc.
Successful applicant must be compassionate, energetic, able to work well independently as well as part of a team, and willing to learn to skills!
