Provides continuous care to hospice patients and supplements nursing care needs of the patients/families as specified in plan of care.
Available schedule can be either straight nights (6 PM – 6 AM with shift differential available) or rotating day shifts (6 AM – 6 PM) and night shifts on a monthly basis. One year professional nursing experience strongly preferred (additional experience in hospice, community health nursing or oncology beneficial).
