- Brings a unique and personal sales philosophy to the table
- Is tenacious and committed, yet open to feedback and development from leaders
- Enjoys the opportunity to help our clients find solutions that will work for them
- Has experience operating CRM systems like Salesforce.com
- Already knows the basics, like how to respond to common objections, how to start a conversation with a stranger, how to ask for a sale, how to listen and gain common ground, how to set an appointment
- Exhibits powerful communication skills and is comfortable having complex discussions with high-level decision makers
- Is unstoppable and results-focused and thrives, not just preforms, under pressure
- Is willing to work extended hours and/or travel when needed
The energetic and self-motivated candidate should possess the following minimum requirements:
- Demonstrated, successful sales experience in the environmental industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
