Psychiatry Need in New Mexico
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p with night call | April - ongoing
- Call: 1:7 weeknight rotation, and 1:6 weekend call (8-hrs to round)
- Patient details: Child & adolescent unit; ages range 4-17; Inpatient setting; Acute psych unit, involuntary commits
- Must be familiar with seclusion and restraint protocols, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
- Patient load: 5-8/daily, 15/night, and 15/weekend with 2-3 admissions/discharges a day
- Average length of stay: 8-10 days
- Board status: must be BC or BE w/in 5 yrs in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Must have an Active NM license
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90-days
