Home Care Aide

(STNA / CNA Required)

Fidelity Health Care, a valued member of Premier Health and leader among home health care agencies, currently is seeking a full time Home Care Aide for our northern territory (Piqua, Sidney and Troy).  The position is responsible for providing personal care, along with light housekeeping and meal preparation duties, for patients in their homes.  Qualified candidates should have their State Tested Nursing Aide certification (STNA) or be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).  Candidates must also be reliable, have excellent customer service skills and have dependable transportation.  Previous experience as a Home Care Aide is preferred.
