Starting pay is $12 -$13 per hour with no certification, and $14 -$18 + per hour with HVAC certification. We have 3 immediate openings in Shelby & South Jefferson Counties. today!
Temp to Hire & Temporary positions available on regular basis with quality B'ham area properties.
Candidate will help with all maintenance requests from tenants, apartment unit turnaround, and general repairs and upkeep - including picking up grounds daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current HVAC certification a big plus
- At least 1-year apartment, house, or commercial maintenance experience (ex: plumbing, general, electrical, swimming pools, HVAC).
- Must have own tools & have safe work practices.
- Dependable, punctual with good work ethic.
- 100% trustworthy - able to be effective and work proactively with min. supervision.
- Team mindset - willing to also pick up grounds, do whatever is needed to help keep up community.
